Our Limited Lifetime Guarantee
We are committed to the structural excellence of every ring we craft. This guarantee applies to the original owner and covers the structural integrity and functionality of the Gold Fit adjusting mechanism.
Definition of Coverage: The guarantee covers the mechanism (the locking pin/treads) and the structural integrity of the shank itself against failure due to manufacturing defect. "Life of the Piece" is defined as the reasonable lifespan of the precious metal materials under the possession of the original owner.
The Artisan Final Adjustment Policy
We know finger size is complex. Our unique policy ensures your ultimate comfort:
Intentional Fit Allowance: Every Gold Fit ring is built with a slight, intentional allowance to account for natural long-term seating of the ring on the finger.
Free Service: We offer the original owner one Free Baseline Adjustment within the first 60 days of ownership. If, after two weeks of wear, the ring feels marginally too tight or too loose, the artisan will precisely refine the interior fit, free of charge.
What Is NOT Covered
This guarantee does not cover issues arising from external factors or general wear:
Center Stone Loss/Damage: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of center stones or side stones due to impact, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
Damage from Third Parties: Any damage or malfunction caused by sizing, repairs, or modification attempts by another jeweler voids the warranty entirely.
Abuse or Misuse: Excessive wear, abuse, or neglect (e.g., crushing, chemical exposure, or extreme deformation) is not covered.
5. How to Claim Service
If you need to utilize the guarantee or the Free Baseline Adjustment, please contact us immediately with your original order number and photos of the ring. We will provide secure shipping instructions to return the ring to our studio for assessment and service.
